HAOO’S remix of NIGHTMÅNE’S ‘CALL ME YOUR PARADISE’ is that big and slow exhale you get on a perfect sunny day in the park from thinking about love. With an electronic Lo-fi soundscape of bright arpeggiated synths, vocal chops and half-time drums, HAOO takes NIGHTMÅNE’S daydream-like lyrics and invites the listener to hear them at a slower pace, like laying down in the grass and watching the clouds go by. Singer Anthony Starble's vocals take on a softer sonic quality through HAOO'S masterful use of reverbs and delays, while analog elements from producer Sigurd Hemidal's original production are cleverly repurposed for that headphones on, eyes closed kind of Sunday afternoon.
